MRV is somewhat unique in that we have created our own "subrogation department" with attorneys primarily dedicated to pursuing subrogation matters. Our attorneys are experienced in pursuing such matters through arbitration and/or trial. Our attorneys are also regularly called upon soon after a loss occurs to work with the insurance carrier and retained experts in conducting scene inspections and assisting in the preservation of critical evidence. In addition to our litigation services we have also provided guest speakers to discuss topics ranging from Illinois law to developing successful strategies for negotiating settlements in subrogation matters.
