  18. Representation of insurance companies in matters involving suspected fraud by insureds in asserting first party claims. Representation of insurance companies in subrogating large commercial leases from fires, explosions, floods and other causes.

  20. Representation of insurance companies and commercial insureds in matters involving insurance policy interpretation. Advice and drafting of legal opinions concerning coverage on all types of commercial, professional liability and personal lines policy.
