Representation of individuals and entities alleged to be responsible for injuries resulting from pollution, contamination, and environmental hazards. Representation of individuals and entities alleged to be responsible for pollution of the environment and actions pertaining to the cost of and responsibility for removal of such a pollution.
- Premises Liability
Representation of homeowners and commercial landowners and occupiers alleged to be responsible for injuries and damages arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of real property. Such matters include injuries resulting from falls, communicated fires and failure to provide adequate security.

Representation of insurance companies in matters involving suspected fraud by insureds in asserting first party claims. Representation of insurance companies in subrogating large commercial leases from fires, explosions, floods and other causes.
- Insurance Coverage Matters
Representation of insurance companies and commercial insureds in matters involving insurance policy interpretation. Advice and drafting of legal opinions concerning coverage on all types of commercial, professional liability and personal lines policy. Litigation in State and Federal Court of insurance policy disputes.
- Appeals
Interlocutory and regular appeals in State and Federal Court. The firm accepts assignments for matters on appeal handled in the trial court by the firm's own lawyers, as well as those handled by others.
