Focus of Practice

Mr. Ulrich’s concentration is in commercial litigation, commercial real estate and commercial transactions. His broad based practice includes over twenty-eight years of experience in corporate law, real estate, private equity transactions, licensing arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, lending, equipment finance, corporate compliance, banking and institutional investing, restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization, investment companies, advisors and broker-deals, partnerships joint ventures and other strategic alliances, environmental compliance, mechanic’s lien, construction litigation, property damage litigation, work outs and zoning.

Mr. Ulrich has extensive experience in structuring corporate acquisitions and dispositions, asset-backed financings and asset-securitization transactions materials, including: corporate resolutions, manufacturers’ agreements, equipment leases, and license agreements.

Mr. Ulrich has managed complex corporate issues including: negotiated transactions, mergers, stock or asset purchases and leveraged buyouts, as well as contested transactions. He has represented acquiring companies, target companies, boards of directors, special committees, and financial institutions in structuring innovative deals. Mr. Ulrich has negotiated and drafted numerous real estate and corporate commercial contracts and prepared ancillary transaction documents. He has represented clients at closing including: acquisition and sales, construction contracts and loans, developer and lender side financing, commercial leasing, office buildings and shopping centers syndications, titles, workouts and zoning. As former Regional Real Estate Counsel for McDonald’s, he has negotiated and closed Commercial Real Estate Leases and Acquisitions throughout the country.
