Focus of Practice
Ms. DeFalco currently practices in the area of medical malpractice defense which includes representing physicians, nurses, medical practices and nursing homes in a wide variety of medical negligence matters. She has participated in the defense of healthcare providers in over twenty jury trials throughout Cook County, DuPage County, as well as the collar counties and downstate. She regularly speaks to healthcare providers on issues concerning medical negligence matters.
Ms. DeFalco also has experience in insurance coverage matters, municipal and public entity liability, consumer fraud, class action litigation, and general personal injury defense.
