Focus of Practice
Mr. Brodzinski has broad experience representing individuals and commercial entities in litigation and business transactions involving contracts, real estate, probate, and commercial debt collection.
Mr. Brodzinski regularly assists commercial clients in a variety of real estate transactional matters, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial real estate leases, negotiating and closing real estate acquisitions and sales, the completion of due diligence and resolution of outstanding title issues, along with addressing zoning, tax and municipal matters, when necessary.
Practicing regularly in both the state and federal courts, Mr. Brodzinski has also represented clients in a variety of real estate disputes, including landlord/tenant related litigation, suits arising out of real estate contracts, suits to quiet title, along with mechanic’s lien and mortgage foreclosures.
