Focus of Practice
Ms. Argentati has twenty-five years of civil litigation experience, including the areas of medical malpractice and legal malpractice defense, automobile liability, premises liability, local governmental entity defense, and in the defense of public and private employers in civil rights matters, including racial, age and gender discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation.
Ms. Argentati has extensive trial experience, and has represented clients before State and Federal administrative agencies, in the Federal District Court and Court of Appeals, and in the Circuit Courts of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will, Lake, McHenry, and LaSalle Counties.
