Focus of Practice
Mr. Schreck currently practices in both state and federal court venues, in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defense, including trucking liability, automobile accidents, construction accidents, products liability, medical malpractice defense, long-term care facility and nursing home defense, premises liability, and the defense of local governmental and municipal entities including the defense of Section 1983 claims, constitutional rights claims, equal protection claims, due process claims, false arrest, search and seizure, retaliation claims, and malicious prosecution.
