Kelly J. Johnson - Associate
Focus of Practice
Ms. Johnson practices in the areas of workers' compensation and insurance defense litigation. Her primary focus is the defense of workers' compensation claims throughout the state of Illinois.
Ms. Johnson has defended a variety of employers from major corporations to local family owned and operated businesses. She is on the approved panel of several Workers’ Compensation insurance companies. She has extensive experience before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, as well as experience with the Circuit Court and Appellate Court appeals process in Illinois.
