Mr. Capadona currently practices in the business litigation area, which includes representing individuals and commercial entities involving contacts, real estate, commercial litigation and transactions and zoning.
Mr. Capadona has successfully represented clients in real estate transactional matters, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant litigation.
Mr. Capadona has also had experience in representing both corporate and individual clients in general civil litigation, as well as criminal defense and municipal prosecutions.
